Shipping & Delivery Policy

Rasoi IQ is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. We do not ship physical products as part of a standard subscription. This policy explains how access to the Service is delivered to you after a successful purchase, and how we handle the rare physical items we may ship (e.g. hardware add-ons).

1. Digital delivery

  • Access to Rasoi IQ is granted electronically immediately after your payment is confirmed by our payment partner.
  • Your account is activated against your registered email. A confirmation email with login details and a tax invoice is sent within a few minutes of payment.
  • If you do not receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us at info@rasoiiq.com.

2. Service activation time

Standard plans activate instantly. Plans that include onboarding, data migration or custom configuration are activated within 1–3 working days of receiving the required information from you.

3. Physical add-ons (if any)

If you separately order optional hardware (such as a thermal printer, scanner, or QR display) from Rasoi IQ, the following applies:

  • Shipping locations: Within India only.
  • Dispatch time: Within 2–4 working days of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery time: Typically 4–10 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination pincode and courier service.
  • Shipping charges: Calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Tracking: A tracking number is shared by email/SMS once the courier picks up the parcel.
  • Damaged or wrong items: Report within 48 hours of delivery to info@rasoiiq.com with photos; we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. International orders

We currently service digital subscriptions globally but ship physical add-ons within India only. For international hardware requirements, please write to us directly.

5. Delays

Rasoi IQ is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, civic disturbances or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed and work with the courier to resolve any delay.
