Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "you") and Rasoi IQ ("Rasoi IQ", "we", "us"), having its principal place of business at Jhotwara, Jaipur – 302012, Rajasthan, India. By creating an account, accessing or using our website, web app or mobile apps (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Account registration

  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at info@rasoiiq.com of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscription, fees and taxes

  • The Service is offered on subscription plans displayed on the pricing page. Plan features, limits and prices may change with notice.
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate.
  • Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
  • You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your saved payment method.

4. Free trial

New paying plans may include a free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the Service will convert to a paid subscription at the listed price.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or infringing purpose.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape or attempt to extract source code or data not belonging to you.
  • Upload viruses, malware or content that violates third-party intellectual-property or privacy rights.
  • Resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us.
  • Interfere with the integrity, performance or security of the Service.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Rasoi IQ a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit and display Customer Data solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You can export your Customer Data at any time from the dashboard.

7. Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

8. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, WhatsApp, SMS, accounting tools). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not liable for their availability or actions.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, logos and documentation, is the exclusive property of Rasoi IQ and its licensors. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Suspension and termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
  • On termination, your right to access the Service ends; you may export Customer Data for up to 30 days.

11. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rasoi IQ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rasoi IQ's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to Rasoi IQ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rasoi IQ, its directors, employees and partners from any claim, demand or loss arising out of your breach of these Terms, your Customer Data, or your use of the Service.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.

16. Dispute resolution

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice. Failing that, disputes shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Jaipur, and the language shall be English.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product banner at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
